They do business with us because, although we do communicate through phone and email, we've found no substitute for going eyeball to eyeball. Your BCS representative will personally come to your office until we get ALL of your questions handled to your complete satisfaction. Over 90% of our customers have entered into Telecom contracts only after we've gone face to face multiple times.

ENSURING YOUR SATISFACTION

Well after contracts are signed, we follow up with courtesy calls, emails AND the occasional drop by just to ensure you're absolutely satisfied with the services we agreed on. Does your current Telecom account rep do that?

Consider if you desire a Telecom experience that includes the sales person begins being compensated only after your services are installed? In addition the only way for us to get our entire commission is month to month over the life of the 1, 2, or 3 year contact. This occurs when the customer has paid their bill. Great incentive for us to provide the service contracted and you are paying for.

Lastly, normally a warm referral to a brand new customer has much more value than the life of commissions of our last sale. Happy experience ensures our future.

BCS EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY Jerome Plummer, Founder and CEO

I was born and raised in Johnstown Pennsylvania and moved to Palm Beach County with my bride in 1986. I have called it home ever since. In the past 24 years I have been doing Business to Business Sales the majority of the time. I spent January 1986 till June of 2011 in family owned and operated business. During that time we were one of the largest landscaping Irrigation Sod and Nursery companies in the state of Florida. From 1989 till we sold the nursery, I was tasked with all the Landscaping Nursery, and sod sales and account receivable.

Next from 2002 thru 2006 in became active in the construction industry. During that time I purchased, zoned, developed, constructed, managed and sold a wide range of properties. As the face of construction and land development changed in Florida forever I made the entry into the telecom Business in January 2007. Although most of the people and experiences I had along the way were very positive I desired to be in my own business again. To be in control of my customers sales and service experience was very important to me.

I formed Business Class Solutions in 2011. I have launched a small team that embraces my core values.

THE MULTIPLE BENEFITS OF INDIRECT SALES

Most Carriers have two types of sales people: Direct (meaning on their payroll and an overhead) and Indirect sales people like BCS. Indirect sales benefits the carriers by savings in overhead. The benefit to you is that we help you choose the best mix of service providers, and stay with you from the bidding process thru entire life of your contract (typically 1, 2, or 3 year terms). Pricing from the carrier is typically the same, regardless if you go with their direct salesman, or with BCS.

It's important to note that our interest and those of our clients are parallel. A carrier's direct sales team are tasked with new sales only and usually disappear once a sale is complete. This means that at any time during the life of your contract you have questions and need answers, you'll be dealing with a new point of contact with the carrier! BCS works differently. Your account manager is with you through the life of your contract.

OUR CONSULTATIVE APPROACH

Business class solutions will schedule a meeting with you to get an understanding how your voice and data is currently being conducted. A bill copy or an in depth description of your current services is best.

We'll discuss the need for any change in your current services. These will be driven by any moves, adds or changes in voice and data services needed or desired within the next 3 years.

Once we feel the information we have is complete, we're now able to go to the open market and shop for a "mirror image solution" with our 50+ carriers of voice and data. BCS will then pick the 3 to 5 “Best Fit Carriers” for your needs.

BCS will have each carrier provide a quote with a copy of their contracts. These documents will include all paperwork necessary to engage the carriers' services. All contract documents are directly from the carrier and written in the name of the customer (you).

BCS Solutions will present each solution to you, along with the carrier's Channel Manager, for each selected service. After all solutions are presented, the you and your BCS account manager will get together to determine what is the best solution for your needs.

NEW SERVICES MIGRATION

  • BCS will provide with all contracts for final review.

  • Sign and return contracts, and most current bill copy.

  • 30-45 days from receipt of signed contracts, your new services are provided! (metro-e 60 days to 6 months).

  • Due with the 1st billing cycle is 1st months MRC plus any prorated portion of the bill.
